Amir Ali

Amir is a senior caseworker with over 5 years of experience in Immigration and Family law. Amir has the experience and expertise to assist clients navigate through the complex landscape of Immigration laws and regulations.

Amir graduated with a first-class Law degree from Coventry University. He completed his Level 6 Cilex exams and is a M(cilex) member en route to becoming a chartered legal executive.

Seabert Henry

Seabert Henry Joined Dynamic Solicitors in August 2024. A law graduate of Staffordshire University who successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at the same University.

He works in the area of Family Law, probate Private Client, Immigration and Housing Law.

Fatima Naseem

Fatima Naseem completed her training contract at Dynamic Solicitors and has remained a valued member of the team since qualifying.

She specialises in Conveyancing and Property Law, with a strong client base built on her efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Hiva Rezay

Mr. Hiva Rezay has been working as a lawyer since 2010. He has a Degree in Law – LLB (Hons) - and a Masters in Commercial International Law – LLM -. He has been working in most law areas and representing thousands of clients successfully. The clients he has been representing are the witness of that he has been serious and successful in his job.

Apart from English, he speaks Farsi and Kurdish fluently, so, if you are a Farsi or Kurdish speaker, you can discuss your matter with him without an interpreter. However, if you speak other languages, you do not need to be worried because there are friendly and professional interpreters available.

Mr. Hiva Rezay currently deals with Asylum and Immigration, Conveyancing, and Family cases and he will be happy to represent you in your matters.

Mohamad Alo

Mohamad has a wide range of experience with law in the Middle East from his home country, Syria, where he has a bachelor’s in law and worked as a senior lawyer for 13 years, owned and ran his law firm, and he qualified to represent clients in all Arabic countries.

He has extensive experience in law in the UK as a solicitor, with a master's in law from the University of Wolverhampton, and specialises in immigration, commercial, and litigation.

He is always empathic and understanding towards his client’s situation and has their best interests at heart. He has high attention to detail and a work ethic which makes him very effective at ensuring the best outcomes for his clients.

Mohamad is fluent in Arabic and Kurdish.

Muhammad Ahmad

Muhammad Ahmad initially joined Dynamic Solicitors as an intern before securing a permanent position within the firm. Having completed his Bar Course, he aspires to qualify as a barrister.

He has a strong understanding of Immigration Law and has successfully handled complex cases, including Human Rights applications.

Outside of law, Muhammad is passionate about cricket, both as a player and coach. He also enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures.
